Well done to Cindy from the Wilkoppies branch in Klerksdorp! She sorted out a problem in 10 minutes, the same query that the credit department call center was unable to assist with for three weeks.
Will from here on out, always insist to speak with Cindy. She really is a top notch employee and the only reason why did not cancel everything at FNB today!
