I Albert Madri Phasha hereby wanna lodge a complaint against the service that I have received at FNB Limpopo Mall in Polokwane.

I receive my salary via fnb on the 20th of every month and all my debits go through on the 20th, to my confusion on the 20th of December 2025 there was an unauthorised debit of R1770.00, then I therefore visited the branch on the 20th December 2025 and I was assisted by Madimetja and he told me to come back on Monday and due to my work schedule I only managed to go to the branch on Wednesday the 24/12/2025 and I was told to come back on the 29th December 2025 and I went there and I was told that I will get the reversal within 3 working days and 3 working days passed. I then received a call to come to the branch and request the branch manager and I went on the 4th day where she (Onicca) the branch manager confirmed that I will receive my reversal on the 7th day from the reversal date of the 29th December.

Upto date I have not received any communication nor the money.
