Good day On the 6th of May 2020 I noticed that there's my account was overdrawn with R2000.00 I called fnb costumer service I was told it's my work place but when I go to HR they open their system n there was no such infact the health department cannot deduct money without my concern and it can only show on my payslip on on my fnb acc, on the 10th I went to phumulani mall in tembisa the consultant in taller 5 was so rud I explained to her my problem and the she asked me where is my card, I told her I left it at home and I only do withdraw card less withdrawals then she asked me who do I stay with I said alone she asked how come which is not relevant to my problem she then asked me if I didn't overdrawn my account who alse could do it since I'm staying alone I was so hurt I stood up and left I cannot go to atm to withdraw from an account with zero funds and I cannot complain if I knew what had happened to my account today when I received my salary R2000. 00 was taken by Fnb and I don't know why so I'm going to close the account and receive my salary from another bank
