i recently had good customer service at FNB Horizon Village branch.

i had very good customer service from Nelly Zwane because she was so professional and very understanding had very good product knowledge and was well informed her service was excellent, she was warm welcoming and smiling all the way and very helpful all the way and she is an assets to FNB.

Nthabiseng had good customer service and very helpful, understanding. She was very professional and warm welcoming.
