Good customer service at Jabulani mall
The ladies that work at the Jabulani mall branch give outstanding customer service, the likes of Mpho and one that helped me with my ***** case (forgot her name). They are all doing a great job.
Suggestion: there was one guy helping walk-ins and online bankers and it was month end so he was very busy try to help everyone. One more person to help at the door with that during month end would help avoid confusion
