Good Customer Service

Today 27 October 2020 after 14:00 I went to an First National Bank, Branch at the old Waterfront in Randburg. Oh what a marvelous experience I had. There is a lady there by the name Eulalie Nero. This woman understands what customer care is all about. She comes across as very strict and impatient but My Word what an asset she is to this bank. She helped me with everything I needed and more. All I wanted was to update my cellphone banking App. by the end of our interaction I had learnt so much, about online payment, OTP, and printing of proof of payments and more. She even encouraged me to come back should I need any further assistance.
