Gold to Private, not worth it

I wanted more information on upgrading to Private Clients from Gold. Every time I get transferred to the FNB Gold Suite, and they do not have detailed answers on Private Client product benefits. According to them the only difference is that you get slow lounge access. If that is what Private Client is about, then I do not see the use of having the product.

I was transferred 5 times and just landed up at the Gold Suite over and over again. Wasted nearly 30 mins. If this is how much FNB values clients to go Private, their marketing and service did not live up to it.
