Gold Diffusion Banking--

i have tried on many an occasion , to apply for a Gold fusion bank account. I have tried through the app, through the website, through calling. All methods were an epic fail. not because i was declined, but the poor reason why i was declined. i was informed my credit rating was poor, and after i had forwarded my 3 months bank statement, to indicate my salary is going through to my current cheque account, the expectation was that this would be resolved, and i would be allowed to open a gold fusion account. how is it a sales agent can tell me in one breath, i apologize sir, the error is on our side, and when i attempt to remedy , by providing 3 month bank statement, im still declined. id love to know what the requirements are , to open such an account, because right now , it seems making me jump through hoops to just get a proper answer, is FNBs only response. Secondly why have a call me back feature, because it clearly doesnt work, i have logged over 5 of these of which no one called me back? is there any chance a person could get some sort of proper help, because this is just ridiculous. surely someone can pick up the phone and tell me outright, sorry sir, you are not an astronaut and therefore don't qualify for the fnb fusion account, then il walk away quietly, because then id have a legit answer.
