Going the extra mile

Covid19 has had an impact on a lot of people, myself included. I had an issue which I couldn't resolve recently, but my banker, Kwando, came through for me with better ways to cater for my debits. She advised me to put some of the balance on the straight balance to budget, so that the monthly repayments can be reduced. Not only did she do that but together with her analyst, they went through my profile to see what else they could adjust to make sure that I am comfortable with the repayments. I am so happy because through this whole process, I was kept up to date with all the actions they were taking and also referred to the relevant departments that could assist me. I am a happy client.
