Going the Extra Mile

When collecting an ID from FNB President Street West, the ID seemed to be misplaced.

Veronica who was the lady who helped us, had found the the ID after we had left the branch.

She then ran around the block looking for us, and caught us as we were driving away.

Excellent service, especially in the Joburg heat.

Job well done.
