Going the extra beyond job scope

Ntokozo helped me when it was close to impossible to get to a branch. I called in and I was taken from pillar to post and eventually I was transferred to Ntokozo in the credit card department. Now not only did he just solve my problem. He stayed on the line making sure they find out what the problem is. He got his team leader and now after they had found the actual issue with blocking, he had to get stakeholders involved so that they treat my query as high priority. Eventually it was unblocked and ordered me a new card getting me a solution to my problem for the further. Hope this compliment will open doors for him if it has not yet had opportunities availed to him.<br> He was polite, professional and so humble.
