Going on 2 years, still not resolved

When I was given my overdraft facility, I was contacted to take up an optional debt protection plan which I was advised I could cancel if I came to view that I do not want or need it. Within that same month, if not the same week, I sent through a request to cancel this optional debt protection cover as I do not want it. I called in to have them cancel it as well which I was advised the request is being logged. Going on two years now, FNB is still debiting my account for a service I repeatedly said I do not want. I am tired of calling and sending 300 emails with no solution. Do date I have not received my money back and they continue to debit my account. This is the most irritating cover I have ever had in my life!
