Going nowhere slowly

I have tried to negotiate a better forex rate this morning, since my salary gets paid in AUD. I did the secure chat and they advise me to contact the forex department. The forex department just referred me back to chat to a banker to apply for a better rate. This is just going nowhere with no one being able to assist. It feels like I should rather look for a different bank.
