Going from pvt wealth to savings acc cause of the bad experience you get at fnb!

You have a pvt bank acc and then you ger upgraded to a pvt wealth acc and then you get told you dont qualify so they downgrade you again which i also told my banker is such a load of ****! I earn dubble what you need for pvt wealth but seeing i am only 7 months with fnb i dont qualify? Cant they do maths?? Easy what i earn monthly x 12 equals x amount so you more than qualify ! Seeing fnb pvt bank service has been the worse i have experienced can someone at fnb pls downgrade me to savings acc! I am sure i will have better service and dont have to pay R500 service fee for pvt acc for nothing
