going backwards in 2020
FNB has decided to do away with automated email bank statements. Now I am forced to login to my banking app every month and manually download the statement. This cost more time, and thus money, when doing accounting. With emailed statements I could at least automatically forward the statements to my accountant every month, knowing we don't miss a statement.
This is in direct contravention of their own statement:
"At FNB, we are dedicated to offering you services that make the way you bank more convenient, saving you time and money. For your convenience, you can access statements via the FNB App and Online Banking."
