Going an extra mile
I opened a Business Partnership Account at FNB Diepkloof Square (branch 250655) on 26.03.2019 . Johanna Ntshari assisted my business partner and I giving us great service and going an extra mile in assisting us by staying open till late.
What was mind blowing is that the branch closes at 17:00 and because we arrived late and it takes time to open such an account Johanna Ntshari stayed and assisted us with a smile on her face until 18:15. This kind of service is rare to find and we appreciate the great service given to us and the professional treatment we have received in your Diepkloof Square branch. Please send our appreiation to Deli Mathebula as well, her colleague who stayed behind with her until 18:15 so that she could assist her with locking up. These two ladies are a great asset to your company and never made us feel like we were taking to long or that they were in a rush to go home.
