Go to hell, we can not help you, not interested
After settling two of my FNB personal loans on the 29/06/2020 as per the FNB settlement quotes, the same bank refuse to close my accounts saying I must wait 45 working days before the accounts are closed. I am now unable to get a vehicle finance application approval at another institution as the FNB loans are still considered part of my monthly expenses. I can't get paid-up letters and bureau updates from FNB. TCF does not have a place at FNB, their mission is to frustrate a paying client that I am.

08 Jul 2020, 07:06I'm hoping that my query will finally be resolved today, it really feels like FNB is punishing me for doing early settlements, as for the FNB personal loan department, there is zero ownership when it comes to query resolution, they are useless.
