Go to bank to 'Return Debit Order'

Come on FNB - You claim to be ahead technologically but still require me to go to a Branch to do a return debit Oder because i do not have a bank card- I am plagued with ********** debit orders time to time because of a security issue that occurred at my work place. Why do i require a Bank card when I never need to use it? i use your banking app for everything and do not have time to go to the bank - you should re-look that process
