Glory Masha and Sandile Luthuli FNB Housing finance

i have had the most unpleasant call with FNB housing finance each month i get debited on the 25th (even though i have requested for the 26th, but thats a different problem) each month as soon as my salary comes into my account i immediately get an sms that my bond has been debited. every 26th of the month i receive an sms stating that my payment has not been received (even thought it went off the previous day) then roughly 5 minutes later i get an sms to say thank you for payment i called to rectify this situation and was on hold for an extreme amount of time and the call lasted 46 minutes in total, where i had to ask consultants to give me a chance to talk, spoke to supervisors who were wose rude i have requested for a reference to be emailed to me, they apparently cannot do this. i have requested for the call to confirm what was discussed onthe phone, this cannot be done my IT department has sent me the call recording and i will gladly make this available for the manner in which i was spoken to by ESPECIALLY GLORY MASHA at 10.09am previously spke to Sandile Luthuli and previously someone else as well, hense me requeting for a reference number so that i have access to all the names and do not forget any of them

i do not appreciate the smses stating i have not paid when i have and i would like to know if this has had any affect on my credit score and if i am being charged for these incorrect smses and "bounced debit orders" i would like appologies for this from fnb as wella s the rude individuals that i have spoken to who have no customer care and need to be trained on how to treat customers especially if the customer has not been int he wrong AT ALL! this is not the first time i have had to call in regarding thihs and nothign seems to be done to rectify, you just get abused by agents
