GLORIOUS SERVICE

I went to FNB Xuma Mall in Diepsloot as I wanted to verify my device because I was unable to make payments on the App.

I was blown away by the level of care and accountability shown by Andiswa Mazwane. She was very calm and very helpful in sorting out my challenge.

It's hard to find people like her this days. There were a lot of clients in the branch wanting to be assisted and a lot of them including me were frustrated. But how she handled herself and every client that was asking for her assistance was incredible.
