Global payment

I'm so sick and tired of the service from the FNB Retail Forex department. Is a month now since I'm busy making a global payment. On the 28th of may I went to the Cresta Branch to submit the documents that are needed for the Immigration process since then I haven't heard not from that department. Today almost 1 month further I'm trying to make the payment again for the 3rd time and AGAIN some one is sending me the same email that they need to follow the Immigration process. What happened to the 2 previous verification? I need to make my payment urgently and no one is helping.
