Global Account Service

It is literally next to impossible to get through to someone in Global Accounts.

1. When you call the number ***, you have to select what account you have, you are then required to put your ID number in, it is then put through to an agent who is NOT Global. 2. If you go through to the wrong prompt you are required to do a voice prompt which DOES NOT understand the concept of Forex or Global. 3. Agents that work with Forex DO NOT work with Global. 4. I have emailed forexcomplaints multiple times with either NO feedback or one word answers that does not help.

The only person that has ever been extremely helpful at Forex is Sunitha.

The service for Global is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, I'm definitely going to try Discovery now.
