Giving customers the middle FINGER

So FNB decided to close its tellers at the branch at Northcliff corner. They claim wemuts use the ATM's to deposit monies. Now this is obviously doen to cut costs. FNB rakes in Billions every year. How much more costs do they want to cut and at what expense. Let me explain to you at what expense: 1. The line for the 2 atms is always about 10min 2. Every now and then, 1 atm cant take deposits 3. One secuiryt gaurd standing there who cant even manage to chase away the loiteres 4. It is unsafe as now everyone knows we ALL standing ther ein line outside to deposit cash 5. Old people are standing outside in the sun with walking sticks waiting for thier turn at the ATM.

Now really, cutting costs at the expense of your customers is givving us the middel finger!!!
