Its not very often that I totally terrible experience is changed into something life changing. This only happens when you staff members that are willing to investigate , go the extra mile and assist. Giving credit where its due: Thank you Mariette Malan, for your exceptional customer service. You have really gone out of your way to assist us in getting a Homeloan. Your assistance is highly and truly appreciated.
