GIVEN A LOAN WITHOUT MY ACCEPTANCE

Finally have put the last nail in the coffin for me FNB - I did NOT accept the Cashflow relief (all i received was a quotation) and now look what I have in my bank account - a loan for Covid-19! I have asked FOUR times to not accept the cashflow relief and now its assumed that I must pay this off starting in August! I have emailed, called and secure chatted with everyone possible and NOTHING is working! I thought only our presidential cabinet were ******.. well?!? Discovery Bank here I come! Well done FNB - I have been your customer for over 16 years and its sad to see that at the most vulnerable of times you would take advantage of your customers like this...
