Give me my money back!!

In December I noticed that there has been suspicious transactions from my account. Uber eats has been taking money out of my account without my permission!!! I don't have an account with Uber eats and I haven't ordered anything from there!! I went to FNB Pinecrest branch and they told me to wait for 7 working days for feedback but no one has gotten back to me!!!. I want a refund of my money as this is ***** activity!!
