GIVE ME MY F**** MONEY !!!!

I have an account with FNB and I my account has a savings account and 32 day check account linked. I was transferring funds to my savings and accidentally choose the 32 day account . I tried to access my funds but couldn't so i tried to access the private banking chat facility ... that we pay so much for by the way ...... Tracy Tshabalala was the chat Agent that didn't even attempt to help told me everything I already told her and then said sorry you can close your account you still won't access your funds it's a public holiday... HOW F**** ridiculous is this for such a big bank.... I was forced to take out a loan previously due to the a similar reason cause I can't access my own funds .... You better allow me to access my funds or I am taking this matter to the ombudsman ....
