Give me my damn pops I’m annoyed by your nonsense resolution do something to locate my money

It’s been 2 years now I had deposited my rent money using their atms I have been asking proofs of payments and these people only sent me 3 pop and say they don’t know where the rest of the proofs are my question is why does the atm ask for an ID number if it will not populate deposits made? FNB is popular for ****ming people and eating away peoples monies, I want my money. And if I loose my place because of FNB they will compensate me as my I am single mother this is not a flippin joke I want my money use something to locate my money whether it’s my ID as your atm asks for it I’m sick and tired of this nonsense for years nothing is being done I’m irate and I’m loosing control already
