GIVE FNB A MISS!

2 hours waiting for debt review department to resolve an issue that has nothing to do with me!!! I'm trying to pay off debt and you guys put me threw to 5 departments on fnb app chat. After all that, I call debt department and have been out on hold for 2 hours. Useless. Pathetic. Can't WAIT TO LEAVE FNB. AT HOUR 2, SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! SORT YOUR **** OUT.
