give back my money part 2
After my complaint on Hello Peter on 14:30 on 8th of April 2019 I received a call from a very friendly lady at 15:54. I was told that the loan department leaves at 16h30 so I might not get a response. 17h54 I missed a call from fnb, as I was busy with the kids and being after 16h30 did not think FNB would call due to closure at 16h30. 17h56 E.mail sent from fnb. 18h37 sent through document set 1. 18:40 sent through document set 2. No response again. 9th of Arpil at 17:29 I sent all the documents again. No reponse. 13th of April. No response. 15tg of April : Resent all documents again. This beyond pathetic as it is it has been going on since I logged the first logged the first call on 13th of March 2019.
