I have been trying for 6 weeks to FICA my business account, on the website as well as calling on a branch 3 times. I have complained to FNB twice with a promise from them that they will call me within 48 hours - not happened. my latest complaint reference is*** on Friday 18.12.2020 at 07h24. I keep receiving sms that i need to FICA the account. Can .an experienced staff member please call me urgently as I would like to resolve this matter
