Ghost Mode FNB WEALTH

I am absolutely shocked at getting a new Pvt Wealth banker and no one at fnb email, sms, whatsapp or even call me to tell me this. I then contact the old banker in frustration then gets a reply after several mails that she passed my portfolio to someone else by the name of Adel Jonas.

Adel was quick to offer her services untill her services needed to be a service which requiresher to actually do something...

I clearly stated I will speak to no one accept her, but still I needed to speak to several departments to get relevant references in order to complete my request.

Since I've done this, Adel Jonas has gone into Ghost mode.

We talking bout a bank who recieves millions and billions on a daily basis and they just stop responding completely.

I mail, and mail, and mail asking for guidance, assistance and whereto's with absolutely no joy!

And this is a paid service as well, cause moving up from a savings account to pvt wealth costs the client money, not the bank.

Since day one, 100s of empty promises was made for being a wealth banker and absolutely none of them came to light.

I'm disgusted!!!
