GHOST / ********** DEBIT ORDER

I feel unsafe at FNB now, there is this Ghost debit order i have no idea gow they authorize that debit without my consent. Every month they have been taking money from me and only now i notice this. FNB should answer to this because i haven't been getting time to go to the branch, i know they will want to charge me for the help yet i wasn't aware of the debit order which i deem as ********** activity authorized by the bank itself.
