Ghandi Square Fnb ATM Deposit

I had such a horrific experience with First National Bank one of the most known multi million bank in South Africa yesterday 31.01.2017 when i went to deposit money at the atm for my rent as it due after insecting all the notes and the atm was counting all notes then suddenly said transaction cancelled without me even selecting the cancel button while i was hoping the money would then come out, only a receipt came out that said Transaction deposit unsuccessful.I tol one of the branch consultants immediately who did not seem to have any sense of urgency nor sympathy and empathy. As much as i was panicking and still panicking because that has never happend, i was told there is nothing they can do its a technical error with the machine and its not their fault. How on earth does one even give their customers that answer. i filled in a claim which was followed by the worst after being told it will take up to 7working days after i had explained its for my rent and payment is due that is just alot of money. There is absolutely nothing they can do cause this happens every week and all the time. What upsets me even more is when they told me they will investigate but they are not promising anything , why do they still let that atm open for people to use in the first place if they are aware of the problem knowing there is no speed up process. This is disguisting

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED AND DISGUISTED BY FNB I AM GOING TO TAKE THIS FURTHER NOW I HAVE BEEN WAITED SINCE THE 31.01.2017 FOR THE DEPOSIT THAT WAS SUPPOSTERD TO BE TRANSFERED TO AFHCO FOR MY RENT WHICH WAS 3 760 I AM NOW BEEN GIVEN THE RUN OVER HAVING TO CONTACT PEOPLE ALL THE DAMN TIME IT'S PATHETIC. YESTERDAY I WAS SENT AN SMS TO BE TOLD THE FUNDS WERE STILL NOT TRANSFERED TO AFHCO BECAUSE THEY 'COULDN'T GET HOLD OF THE PERSON WHO DOES TRANSFARES' SO THIS TELLS ME WITH HUNDREDS OF FNB BRANCHES THERE IS ONLY ONE DAMN PERSON WHO DOES TRANSFERES AND HOW HARD COULD IT BE FOR MY DEPOSIT TO BE SENT TO AN FNB ACCOUNT NUMBER. MY LIGHTS XHAVE BEEN SWITCHED NO ONE HAS EVEN HAD THE ODESITY TO ATLEAST CALL AFHCO TO EXPLAIN TO THEM AS THE BANK THAT HAS A STUPID ' HOW CAN WE HELP YOU' LOGO BUT YOU SIMPLY CANNOT PUT CUSTOMERS FIRST OR HAVE SENSE OF URGENCY MY LIGHTS WERE SWITCHED OFF. NOW I RECEIVE A TEXT FROM AFHCO TELLING ME ONLY PART OF MY RENTAL WAS PAID. I SENT MY MOTHER TO THE BRANCH AND SHE WAS TOLD IT DOES NOT REFLECT ON THE SYSTEM AS YET ONLY TOMORROW I VE BEEN WAITING FOR A DAMN FULL WEEK HOW IS THERE NO PROOF TO EVEN SHOW . MY TPN HAS NOW BEEN STRONGLY AFFECTED AND BEEN CHARGED FOR A PENALITY FEE. I CALLED THE NUMBER I WAS GIVEN NO ONE ANSWERED ,I NEED TO BE COMPENSATED. I AM DEFINETLY TAKING THIS FURTHER SUCH APPALING SERVICE!!!
