GEYSER FAMILIE TRUST ACCOUNT FICA

I was FICAed last year by FNB last year by a mr Selman. I do have the emails to show. I recently got an SMS by FNB (three weeks ago on Monday) that my account is frozen due to my non complying with the FICA regulations. Since the I have phoned the number given more than 6 times. Laid an complaint at the FNB complaints department. The people I talked to at the Oudsthoorn branch, Christo Crouse, Maryanne Crouse all employies of FNB all said that they do have the info and I did do my part but still my account is frozen. They just say they send it on to the right department / person and they will correct. But nothing happens.<br> I am really desperate as it is a business account and I can not pay anybody.
