Getting Worse by The Day

I do not know what else I can say for this Bank. They are just on another level. This morning I logged on to see what my settlement was on a small loan I had and a took a picture to cover myself as they are full of bull****. An amount reflected as R5 866.69. I then settled the amount immediately as my scheduled debit order is the 29th. I will bet my left leg that they will debit my account even after settling what was owed. These F%$#@. I Logged out and a few minutes later I logged back in and all of a sudden it shows a settlement amount of a few hundred rands still due. I am taking these people to the NCR as they are ****** on another level.
