Getting transferred from pillar to post with no assistance

Getting assistance from their call center is a nightmare- I have been on the line for over an hour- all they do is transfer you. Please train your staff -worst they transfer you to the wrong department . Listening skill is important - I eventually have to go to the bank and I will be closing both my personal and business accounts
