Getting SMS's for an FNB account that doesn't belong to me

I have been getting SMS's for FNB card transactions, yet I don't have an FNB account. At first it was during the registration of the new account, then a lodged a complaint. Received 1 reply and nothing after that. Then it went quiet for a bit and now I am receiving SMS's again for FNB online transactions.
