Getting rid of FNB/INCONNECT

Financial wise. Exelent! But introduced my wife to INCONNECT cellphone changed my opinion. To cancel from INCONNECT cell system is just about impossible. Nobody at FNB can help with this action. You have to call a number to cancel this contract. Working people cant sit hours on a phone to talk to somebody to cancel that "contract" which you can "cancel anytime" and getting no answer. Leaving me option as to LEAVE FNB to get rid of INCONNECT
