Getting milked by the bank and nothing to show for it

During the COVID-19 pandemic, FNB offered "relief" in the form of yet another loan that we have to pay back and we were basically forced to take due to the situation we found ourselves in. Then when it came time for this relief loan to do what it was supposed to, cover instalments for products from the bank (which were outlined in the agreement), it did nothing and the deductions when off from my bank account as normal.

So now I have a nice fat loan sitting on my account that I have to pay back, and nothing to show for it.

I'm definitely going to look into moving to another bank once this is all over.
