Getting Data allocated on contract from FNB connect IS a Nightmare! Think twice before taking t****ir contracts.

This is the 4th moth in a row now that my data does not ger allocated until I go through multiple complaints! Please can you load my data on my contract as per the contractual obligations that FNB connect promised.
