Getting Charged Again For A Card I Never Got

I have been charged again for a replacement card after never recieving the first one. I am tired of this drama now. Seriously. They don't deliver the first card, I never even got delivery/dispatch notifications for the first replacement card, now they are charging me again?! For their poor customer service? Wow.
