Getting away with it.

I am very disappointed in the amount of ignorance FNBs personal can lie for them. I had transactions going through on my account as normal and I know the amount that I can spend every time as I transfer the money each time before I do transact. So therefore I know I don't spend more than I have. Almost a month later I received a notification that my account is overdrawn. So I went to have a look. Found that the amounts that was reserved purchase was taken from the availble funds again. These *********** personal keep making dump statements that the merchant banked the slips late. This is ***** because the funds had been taken off from my available balance therfore I couldn't spend more money than I have. I have been banking with them for more than ten years amd this is the type of service I receive. The more I try to explain to them the more it seems to have absolutely not getting through to the people there. I have requested for these people to put my case to higher levels of authority with brains but I didn't even get a response. I will be waiting for another one of your incontinent personal to call me with some laim excuse about slips banked late. That is not my problem when the slips have been banked. Once I swiped my card and the notification i receive states reserved for purchase the funds has been removed and irrespective when ever the merchant banks the slip the money has been taken from my available balance and when they bank the slips can not be taken from my funds again. Clearly it happens and therefore it is ***** on a major scale and excuses because of slips are allowing them to continue this under the radar. You stole more than R10000 from me like this how many other people have gone trough the same thing just accepting they banked the slips late. Shameful fix this immediately it has been more than a month
