Get your act together
I have a revolving loan that is debited monthly against my cheque acc on the 20th. Till today no debit was presented and I received a computer generated message saying im in arrears. This is the second time this happens!!! When I engage with an agent on secure chat on app they tell me they are going to refer me to collections. I do NOT want to be referred, I want YOU to do YOUR job and confirm to me by cob

25 Jun 2025, 16:01You forgot to mention your complaints dept tat is 5 days. I have to laugh. I have no words. I sent email to complaints now. Hopefully i wont wait 10 days so you can sort your mistake. Shocking. Ppl in your business cant seem to think.
