Get Harassed by Call center agent with Bad Attitud

I get a phone call from FNB Card division about my Credit Card I have taken with them. This person wants to sell me insurance on my Credit Card for if I pass away.<br> <br> When I tell them I don't want this cover, they get arrogant and rude with me.<br> <br> FNB, I did not change my Bank Institution to get harassed by Rude Telemarketers! Please sort out your staff!
