Is ot absolutely necessary to take to these platforms so that the nobody's may receive service or feedback???????

I have been trying to get the attention of FNB's CEO for the past 3 years. After countless e-mails, telephone calls and debates with call centre agents who think that the insitutions belong to them, I am still not assisted or at least considered to be assisted.

All they do is rip us off. Why can no one arrange a proper, acceptable payment arrangement for this ****?

First off, you do not revert to my proposals and then you send your dogs to take away what i have, on numerous occasions said that i will gladly pay for. Where do I get R50 000 from?

After receiving notice that the property had been auctioned off without any prior attempts to recover arrears, without a phone call, without an e-mail, I now have to fight off estate agents and security companies . I have been to court twice upon the Sheriff's instruction and guess what? No show from any FNB representative.

Again, i want to pay for the property, just get back to me. Does FNB really live up to their motto?????
