Get an alternative to CCD Couriers!!!!!

I'm beyond livid. Please make sure you understand and know your contractors processes before you frustrate us with it. Been struggling to get a bank card delivered since Dec. Do you know and understand the frustration it causes with not having a card. Please refrain from frustrating us with service providers like CCD Couriers. You as FNB promises us convenience and that's not what I got. I was on the phone with CCD Couriers for more than 46 minutes for something that could be solved without any issues. Consultant can't explain processes and the audacity to say that he will put me on hold. This because they didn't do their work and deliver the card when they're suppose to. Imagine must send them an email. I'm a client of FNB and not CCD Couriers. FNB please sort out this mess as I'm not gonna go through this again. I'm one of those clients that will move my accounts because of service.
