Yet again FNB put me through a traumatic experience which I needed assistance for urgently. After being sent from pillar to post I landed on the hands of a professional who knows what his duties are at work. I would like to thank Gerald Maoka from the fnb ***** department for going the extra mile and assisting me with my issue. This kind gentleman was so patient and maintained to treat me with the out most respect. He stayed on the line with me for hours trying so hard to assist me.
