George FNB Branch - Shocking Service

Absolutely shocking service at the FNB George, Western Cape branch. Waited over an hour and a half in the queue while the "Team Leader" pushes people in. They use the ticketing service, yet there were only 3 ticket numbers called out in the hour and a half period. But, many people got helped due to the "Team Leader" pushing them in. Only 3 out of 7 counters were operational as well. The "operational manager" told me that each counter only deals with a single group of queries. On the ticket board there were 4 different groups of queries which means a single group was just not being helped at all.
