Geo pay feature a waste of time

I am not so happy with fnb as their geo pay feature is not worth using, I sold my car and they made a payment to me which has not reflected until now.

Both me and the buyer are fnb clients but it's so stressful that money isn't in my account for 12 hours now and yet it was deducted from the buyers account.
